Terms and Conditions - Bethel Tours
Booking: A deposit must be made to reserve your place on the trip. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit payment is deducted from your total balance.
Payments: To secure your reservation your final payment must be paid by the date stated on your invoice. Failure to make your final payment on the due date may result in forfeiture of all monies paid and cancellation of your trip reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Booking: A non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve a tour space. The deposit is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation.
Roommate Cancellation Policy: If traveling with a roommate(s), please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single, Double, or Triple Occupancy in the event your roommate(s) cancel and if another roommate(s) cannot be found. Oliver Cruise & Travel will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate(s).
Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, DEPOSITS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. In the event that you are not able to go on the trip, it will be your responsibility to find someone to take your place. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE, FEES, & SCHEDULE: If you need to cancel your booking, please request a cancellation form at olivercruisetravel@gmail.com or click link below to fill out cancellation form . Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule and are based on the date you fill out the cancellation form. CANCELLATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT TO CANCEL. (phone, text, or email cancellations are not accepted).

Refunds: PAYMENTS MADE TOWARDS THE BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE CANCELLATION SCHEDULE BELOW.
Standard cancellation fee schedule for Scheduled Group Trips**
The deposit is non-refundable***
121 days or more prior to departure: No Cancellation Fee
120 - 91 days prior to departure: Fee is $100 per person
90 - 61 days prior to departure: 25% of the trip price
60 - 46 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip price
45 - 0 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price
No refunds will be provided for any unused tour portion once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason, miss the tour’s departure date, or must be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including weather, civil strife, personal, family, medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE WAIVER:
U.S.A. Domestic: Travel protection is strongly recommended. Fees for trips canceled for reasons beyond your control (weather, aircraft issues, loss of employment, health, or family issues, etc.) will not be reimbursed. If you choose to decline insurance, Oliver Cruise & Travel will not be responsible for penalties or fees should you cancel. Any portions of the tour missed due to a medical emergency are non-refundable.
If you choose to decline insurance coverage, please understand the risks of not purchasing travel protection.

Tour arrangements and pricing: Accommodations will be provided in two-bedded rooms in Double, Triple, or Quadruple occupancy with private baths. Single or Married Couple occupancy can be provided in a single bedded room if available. Meals are included only as specified on the itinerary. Please note that the sequence of days in the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of Oliver Cruise & Travel. We cannot change or alter the itinerary to accommodate other requests, needs, or changes by individual travelers.
PHOTO RELEASE WAIVER:
I hereby grant Oliver Cruise & Travel permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Oliver Cruise & Travel and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Oliver Cruise & Travel to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Oliver Cruise & Travel from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are in good emotional and physical health and can adapt to the pace of international group travel. We do not guarantee any emergency medical care or medicine is available in the country visited. We recommend that you carry any medicine or equipment with you at all times or that any special dietary needs will be cared for in the country visited on your itinerary. Oliver Cruise & Travel acts only as an agent in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours, and other transportation and services in connection with all tours and is not responsible and expressly disclaims any liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, change in itinerary, additional expense, inconvenience or irregularity, whether to person or property incurred during the trip in connection with or relating to the supply or omission of air, sea, land transportation services, hotel, facilities, meals, other services or illness of the client. Oliver Cruise & Travel cannot be responsible or liable for breakdowns, government actions, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, fire, weather, natural disaster, acts of god, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as the client’s failure to obtain proper documentation, travel insurance and/or follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/check-out places and times, or the delay, loss of or damage to client’s luggage or its contents. The client's ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the air carriers and the client.
